The job

- Ensure safety of people at work, goods and environment, as well as the improvement of working conditions, generating and applying systems for preventing and intervening.
- Give technical support to all other departments in terms of safety and environmental management.
- Apply in plant the guidelines and strategies defined by LM Group for this area.

Tasks

As technician your daily responsibilities will be within the following areas:

- Control and monitoring of preventive measures related to OSHAS management system.
- Control and monitoring of NC found in the internal audits.
- Perform chemical analysis and communication of risk and performance.
- Perform action plan to solve safety and environmental breaches.
- Planning and monitoring of mandatory inspections.
- Develop procedures, reports and risk analysis.
- Update the file on legal requirements and plan actions.
- Provide technical support to all departments in terms of safety and environmental management.
- Person in charge to audit the compliance of all requirements to outsourcing companies. (Business activities Coordination)
- Check and control all documentation related to waste management.
- Administrative management of the department.


Our ideal candidate has a background as B. Sc. in Engineering and a Master Degree in HSE with three specialities.

You have 3 or more years of related HSE management experience. It will be a further advantange if this is in industrial environments.

We expect that you have knowledge about OSHAS; audits and regulations and legal requirements at different levels: national, regional, local.

As a person, you must have solving problems abilities; communication skills; capacity to identify, analyze and find solutions to issues and flexibility.
